As independent reps, we have the ability to run our businesses in a way that works best for US as working parents, entrepreneurs, busy professionals, and activewear addicts!
We each come into this business with different backgrounds and stories, but the common denominator encompassing us all is the desire to impact the lives of those around us through our mission and through our products!
what we do
As a ZYIA rep, my day-to-day varies - which ultimately, is the best part of my "job"! No two days are the same! I work from home while my kids are at school - my time is spent sharing our brand through online events, networking with my circles, coffee dates or try-on sessions with my girlfriends, and as a walking advertisement at school pickup LOL {moms always ask where I get my leggings & my tops!}. I also spend much of my time mentoring my team of now over 20,000 women across the U.S. and Canada!

1. How much does it cost to enroll, and are there any recurring fees?
Our Starter Kit bundle is $295 and includes five clothing items, plus business materials to help you get started! Best of all, it also includes a $100 gift card you can use to purchase other items you'd like to have in your collection!
There is no auto-ship with ZYIA. To be an active Rep, you only need to have a Back Office and Website to sell products and run your business. The fee for this tool is $15/month, but is free for 2 months with your starter kit! We also waive this fee if you're selling $600PV or more each month.

2. Are there minimums to meet? Do I need to carry inventory?
No monthly minimums!! To remain an active Rep there is a low minimum of $300PV in each six-month qualifying period {which includes your own purchases too!}, but there is no monthly quota.
You don't need to carry inventory! Your customers buy directly from your website and shipped from our warehouse — so there's no need for you to stock up on anything! If you organize in-person parties it's handy to have a few staple items to let customers feel the products and try them on. Still, you can cover most of this with your Starter Kit or any items you personally own.

3. Do I have to build a team?
Some ZYIA Reps enroll just for the discount or to earn a little extra cash. Our compensation plan will reward you for working solo! However, we wanted ZYIA to be about more than money - we wanted it to be a place where you could experience both Community and personal growth. That's why the rewards in our compensation plan get bigger when you start mentoring others and helping them succeed!

4. Do I get a discount? What is my commission?
Yes! Reps get a 25% discount off the retail price for their personal orders!
The base commission is 20% on Personal Volume {what you sell to your customers!}, but there is also an 8% commission override and earnings from team building. When you advance to higher ranks you not only get rank bonuses, but your base commission can jump to 25%. See the full details of our compensation plan here!
